“Thank you for contacting me regarding comments on my Bertazzoni range… The 5 burner top makes it easy for me to have several dishes at the correct temps at one time. The oven is spacious enough to accommodate a large roaster. We have enjoyed using the broiler – for a variety of foods. My favorite items – breads, cakes, pastries –
bake nicely using either the convection or conventional method. The Oven door stays cool – which is important to me with grandchildren being the curious helpers that they can be. The large window makes it easy to watch what is going on in the oven! An unexpected benefit is the fact that the range is up off the floor and open underneath!
This makes it easy to keep the floor clean! The stainless steel top and the sealed burners are easy to clean. My home is 100yrs+, the kitchen area is open to the living area; the color, style, and substance of the Bertazzoni range fits perfectly! I have told my friends about my new “cool” range and how much fun it is to have a “new, RED” hot spot in my kitchen!”
